1. A condition experienced, when someone needs to urinate so badly that they involuntarily shudder a bit.
Ex: Are you cold?-No I have the piss shivers.
Origin: Jess had to go to the bathroom really bad, and found that this phenomenon occurred.
*Though most of the world knows about the piss shivers, Jess discovered them at age 26.

I sometimes experience this DURING urination; just a short twitch that brings my chin over to my left shoulder.

if you can make it past these twitches, and manage to hold in the full bladder, the twitches grow into a near epilectic fit. if you make it past this pain, piss will come out of every orifice. i know this seems gross, but it can be pretty amazing. the head rush is unmatched.
